CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Dockyard Social is an independent restaurant relying on bookings being honoured by our guests or at least sufficient notice as to amendments to bookings. We therefore kindly ask that guests provide at least 24 hrs notice of cancellation/amendment where possible. For parties of 6 or more we ask for at least 48 hrs notice. Please email sm@dockyardsocial.com to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement should these terms not be met. Unfortunately, due to our experience of parties failing to amend/cancel bookings this precaution is now necessary. By making a booking at Dockyard Social you agree to our reservation and cancellation. We thank you for your cooperation.

 

 

NO-SHOWS/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

 

If you cannot honour your reservation, and you do not cancel or call/email Dockyard Social to cancel your reservation ahead of time, Dockyard Social reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show. Late Arrival- Your table will be held for 30 minutes. If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, Dockyard Social reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show/cancellation.

 

 

Alcohol/Intoxicated Guests Policy



 


Prior to entry to the premises: Dockyard Social reserves the right to refuse entry without refund to the premises to any guest who is reasonably believed to be intoxicated. 

Following entry to the premises: Dockyard Social reserves the right to eject any guest who is reasonably believed to be intoxicated from the premises and as per the Law of Scotland refuse the sale of alcohol.
